(Following is a copy of a letter sent to MPPs Bill Murdoch (Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound) and Jim Wilson (Simcoe-Grey).)

In Peel Region, there appears to be an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team that provides 24-hour-a-day,  seven-days-a-week support for the mentally ill.

The team is comprised of a psychiatrist, nurses, an occupational therapist, a social worker, rehab, vocational and addiction specialists, a peer support worker, and a clerical co-ordinator and overall manager.

I wonder what the ACT team consists of that supports the mentally ill in the Clarksburg, Thornbury and Meaford areas on a 24/7 basis.
