It's time again to get ready for summer and to get ready to take it all off for cancer.

The annual Cops for Cancer fundraising event is set for Saturday, May 31, at Piper's Restaurant and Tavern in Thornbury.

Registration forms are available by calling Clive or Brenda Prentice, 519-599-7299 or email to bct.prent@sympatico.ca. Registration can also be done online

All you have to do is collect pledges and be ready to shed your hair, beard, and/or moustache for a good cause. Professional hairstylists will do the trimming. You can also challenge your family, friends, co-workers, and others to "buzz off" for the cause.

Volunteers are needed to help with the event, too.

Last year, more than $13,000 was raised. All money raised stays in the local area.
