A Toronto man faces impaired driving charges after being stopped in Craigleith Sunday.

The Blue Mountains OPP say they stopped a vehicle shortly before 1 a.m. after observing it traveling at a high rate of speed on Arlberg Cresent.  Police pursued and stopped the vehicle and allege they found the driver to be impaired.

The driver was returned to the detachment for breath tests which. the OPP said, he refused.

The 32-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving and failing to provide a breath sample.

He will appear in Owen Sound Court on April 17
