The 15 year-old girl who went missing from a local girl's academy has been located safe and sound.

Grey County OPP issued an alert this morning after a student went missing from the Rocklyn Academy, a private girl's school,  sometime after 8 p.m.  July 1.

Police say that after spending the night out of doors of her own accord she approached a
rural farm residence late this morning and the authorities were contacted.

The Rocklyn Academy is located in the rural community of Rocklyn, which is about mid-way between Markdale and Meaford in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
