The L.E. Shore Memorial Library Gallery presents Within Borders, an exhibition featuring painted works by Toronto based Artist Joana Marcinenas.

The opening reception, with the artist in attendance, will be held on Saturday, September 6 from 2 to 4 p.m. The exhibit will be on display from September 5-30.

Inspired by simplicity and natural textures, Toronto-based water colourist Joana Marcinenas brings haunted landscapes to the exhibition space.

Having displayed her works in many public libraries across the greater Toronto area, Marcinenas brings Within Borders, works painted in both watercolour and oil, to the Shore Memorial Gallery for your enjoyment.

The L.E. Shore Library is open Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m., Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., and Sundays from 1 until 4 p.m.

For more information about this exhibit please contact the L.E. Shore Memorial Library in Thornbury at 519-599-3681 or click the link.
